Custom Orders
All items are handmade and packaged with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Because of the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact me within 5 days of delivery and I will make it right.
I do not offer refunds for delays caused by the postal service, but I will work with you to track or investigate lost packages.
If you request a custom design or color variation, please allow a little extra time for creation. Custom orders are non-refundable once confirmed, but I am happy to clarify any details before starting.
